Led by RCN London region and Equalities Lead Wendy Irwin each event will bring together employers, nursing leadership and individuals from across the healthcare community and provide a unique opportunity to explore and share good practice.
Recent evidence from NHS England has shown that the current approaches to addressing inequality do not always realise the benefits of inclusion, leaving employees with protected characteristics open to discrimination. The Inclusion Solution is an opportunity to begin a frank and open discussion about how to tackle these issues.
RCN London will be delivering Inclusion Solution meetings right up until 2020 as part of its commitment to promoting equality and inclusion across the region.
