What helps you cope with the emotional demands of your work?

Judith Benbow, Senior Lecturer at Cardiff University's School of Healthcare Sciences, wants you to answer this question by completing a 15 minute anonymous questionnaire to help inform an important study.

Here, Judith tells us more:

"I am a registered nurse and lecturer undertaking a PhD funded by RCN Wales and The School of Healthcare Sciences, Cardiff University."

"I’m interested in how you cope, the idea of resilience and how this can be applied more widely to influence the health and well being of nurses and so in turn, their patients."

"You’ve been invited to take part in this study because you are a registered nurse working in Wales providing or contributing to patient care as part of a multi-disciplinary team."

"As the questions are intended to encourage you to self-reflect you may choose to use this learning activity as counting towards your NMC revalidation evidence."
