Sirona Care and Health CIC pay offer

Employer award staff a 1% pay increase from the 1 October 2017

Sirona Health & Care CIC have awarded staff a 1% pay increase from the 1 October 2017 and staff have been advised they should see this increase in their pay on 24 October, however, there are no current plans to backdate this increase to last April.

This increase will go ahead, however staff side union representatives – including the RCN - have requested that Sirona senior leadership negotiate future pay increases though the joint partnership meetings, giving representatives the opportunity to consult with members and get feedback and views on any pay deal offered.

As part of this process staff side, plan on submitting a new pay claim to senior management this November, with the aim of securing a new pay deal to be in place for staff from 1 April 2018, in line with any national NHS increase.

Staff side will be developing this claim over the next couple of months and they would like to know what is important to our members working for Sirona Care and Health CIC.
