Multicultural nurses' group

The multicultural nurses' group celebrated its tenth anniversary with a conference in Newcastle during Black History Month.

Staff nurse Malerato Mosebi, who works in a care home, has been a member of the group since its formation. “The group has been informative, educational and supportive," she said. "It has helped us to come up with practical solutions to any difficulties we have encountered. Socially, emotionally and professionally it has been really helpful.”

All meetings are three hours long and take place from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm at the RCN Northern region office, 2nd Floor, Avalon House, St Catherine's Court, Sunderland Enterprise Park, Sunderland SR5 3XJ.
