Workshops for RCN members

Are you able to recognise all the warning signs that you may be being bullied? Do you know what strategies you can use to cope with bullying?

RCN Scotland workshops for RCN members in Scotland.  The workshops will help you to better understand the signs of bullying and introduce tools and techniques to help equip you to deal with poor behaviour you may be experiencing at work.

Whistleblowing -

understanding how to raise concerns at work and identify issues which would fall under specific whistleblowing legislation

Discrimination -

a legal refresher looking at how stewards can support individual members and how they can work collaboratively with employers to ensure their own workplaces are free of discrimination

Meeting dates

RCN Scotland Board meets four times each year. Meeting dates for 2018:

  • Thursday 31 May
  • Thursday 30 August
  • Thursday 6 December

Workshop dates:

  • 24 August 2017 - Stirling - 10am to 4pm
  • 30 August 2017 - Kilmarnock - 10am to 4pm
