This year’s Mary Seacole’s lecture focusses on the health inequalities faced by Gypsy, Roma and Traveller (GRT) communities. The reality is stark. Gypsy and traveller communities are significantly more likely to have a long-term illness or disability as well as twice as likely to experience depression than others.

Mary-Brigid Collins joins us from the Dublin-based Pavee Point, sharing her powerful insights into these communities. She shares her thoughts on the urgency of nursing action to tackle and ultimately reverse these deep-seated inequalities.
