Eradicating bullying and harassment in student placements: from awareness to action

Student nurses continue to report bullying, harassment, and a lack of respect for their supernumerary status during clinical placements.
Despite widespread recognition, progress has been limited. This session will explore the scale and nature of these experiences, drawing on student perspectives and proposed national solutions. It will focus on practical strategies, including education, accountability, and culture change across clinical environments.
