Our employment and professional support services are organised into two geographical patches. One patch covers Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, the other covers Leicestershire and Rutland, Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire.
Each patch has a staff team headed by a Senior RCN Officer. These teams advise and represent members experiencing difficulties at work and support accredited RCN representatives to do the same and maintain our relationships with employers and other trade unions.
We also support members to develop and improve their knowledge, skills and practice, sometimes in partnership with employers with whom the RCN works to deliver learning and development activities for their nursing staff.
