    Successful challenge to hospital car parking charge hike in Plymouth

    The RCN and other unions have successfully achieved a delay in the implementation of increased car parking charges for staff working at Plymouth Hospitals NHS Trust until at least 1 April 2017, after which the trust has agreed to cap any rise in charges at 10p a day.
