Ophthalmic Nursing Forum
The Ophthalmic Nursing forum is committed to: Being a national voice for Ophthalmic nurses Promoting best practice in Ophthalmology Leading the development of Ophthalmic nursing practice Promoting the nature, scope and value of Ophthalmic nursing Educating nurses and health care professionals and improving the quality of compassionate patient care Influencing changes in Ophthalmology that will benefit both patients and nurses. Positively influencing the care given to all patients by addressing the needs of those groups of patients currently less well represented We represent the RCN’s pool of professional expertise and knowledge in this area.

Gastrointestinal Nursing Forum
We support those working in gastrointestinal nursing. This includes endoscopy, stoma therapy, GI cancer, nutrition, surgical care, benign and functional care, liver, hepatobiliary and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

Nurses in Management and Leadership Forum
We recognise that all RCN members will need to develop management and leadership qualities throughout their career and support our members regardless of the positions they occupy.

General Practice Nursing Forum
We are a forum for all RCN members who have an interest in general practice nursing.

We seek to provide research leadership and expertise to support the development of evidence-based policy and practice.

Learning Disability Nursing Forum
We champion the health and social care needs of adults and children with a learning disability or autism. This forum is for members from all nursing backgrounds, including our non-registered workforce.

This forum is for members with an interest in infection prevention, regardless of practice setting or role.

Neuroscience Forum
We promote best practice for people with long-term neurological conditions and represents the voice of neuroscience nurses and influences policy to improve care for our patients.
