Reason you chose this book

This book provides a fundamental structure to how we should think and work in practice. It confirmed the way I used to think about my practice without knowing there was a formalised structure. I believe that reflection on practice is an essential to all practice – whatever the field.

Review

This book details the theory of reflection for learning and outlines the ways in which it can influence practice through the analysis of practice so as to use reflection to learn from and develop and progress one's practice. It provides structure and models that can be used and emphasises how if forms the basis of practice in ones career.
