This book provides a fundamental structure to how we should think and work in practice. It confirmed the way I used to think about my practice without knowing there was a formalised structure. I believe that reflection on practice is an essential to all practice – whatever the field.

It provides structure and models that can be used and emphasises how if forms the basis of practice in ones career.
