Dealing with Difficult People

Reason you chose this book

I recommend this book to a lot of members, particularly  those who are feeling bullied or having difficulty with relationships at work.

It is light in tone but has some very helpful suggestions to those individuals who may be causing you some difficulty.  The introduction states: “There is no such thing as a difficult person, there are just people we need to learn how to deal with...”  This book is a useful tool in doing just that!
