If you work in Oxfordshire, this is your branch.

You are warmly invited to attend the Branch Learning Event and AGM on Thursday 6 October, 9.30am - 4.00pm at Tingwick Hall, John Radcliffe Hospital.

This is a free full day learning event, including lunch and refreshments.

Certificates will be presented at the end of the day which can used as part of revalidation evidence.

•9.00am - Welcome
•9.15am - Elmore Community Services: flexible support for people with complex life issues
•10.15am - Tea/biscuits
•10.30am - Rachel Collins OUH Head of Security: Support for you with Personal safety and security
•11.30am - AGM (RCN members only)
•12.00pm - Stephanie Ross Clinical Nurse Specialist: The journey for patients with learning disabilities when accessing acute services
•1.00pm - Lunch
•1.45pm - Claire Wardel: How your involvement in OUH apprenticeships can encourage future nurses and careers
•2.45pm - Tea/cake
•3.00pm - Equality and diversity: Understanding Multi faiths in a diverse society
•4.00pm - Reflection in action for revalidation

Members and non-members are welcome, though only members will be able to attend the AGM.

At the AGM we will welcome nominations for the positions of Branch Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. If you wish to be considered for one of these roles, please email prior to the AGM or you can nominate yourself on the day. Full training and support will be given.
