Article request form

RCN members can request articles from journals which the RCN library does not subscribe to. Additionally for members we can email a scan of articles from journals in RCN collections which are not available electronically.

Under copyright legislation any articles supplied are for the purposes of private study or research for a non-commercial purpose. Articles may be supplied either as a digital download or hardcopy at the discretion of the supplying library.

A typical request takes 10 working days to process from payment as we are dependent on other libraries to supply the item. We cannot guarantee when articles will be available.

Due to copyright legislation we require one form per item.

Before requesting an item, please check Library Search or our journal finder to make sure that you can't access the item you want immediately from the library's own collections.

Charges to members:

£5.00 per article by another library

Your request will not be processed until this fee has been paid.
