RCN Northern Ireland branches

Our branches play a key role in helping us deliver our Charter, objectives and strategic plan. Each branch links with a country or regional board, to ensure the views of branch members are taken into account in all of our consultations.

Getting involved with your local RCN branch is one of the most powerful ways to stand up for yourself, your colleagues and your patients. When we organise and work together, we can fight for a health care system that values care and the nursing profession. Participating in your branch is a vital part of this.

Our structure

We're governed by the elected members who make up our Council, committees and boards. They represent our members and work alongside the Executive Team who are responsible for delivering our strategic and operational plans.
