Erskine pay offer member consultation

The Erskine pay offer takes account of certain factors such as the requirements to meet the Real Living wage and the need to maintain appropriate differentials within the pay scales. This means that for some pay bands the exact percentage increase is slightly different. You can see how this affects you in the tables contained in the full offer from Erskine.

Please first check your email junk or spam folders. If you still do not find the voting email from us it might be that the details we hold for you are not up to date. Please call RCN Direct on 0345 772 6100.

If you vote more than once during the consultation, only your final vote will be counted. Your vote is secured with your member details, and can only be cast when logged in. Every eligible member will have one vote in the final count.

If the majority of members vote to accept the offer, we would notify Erskine of members' decision. We expect implementation of the offer in May 2026 including back dated pay to 1 October 2025.

If the majority of RCN members reject the offer, RCN Scotland will inform Erskine of the outcome and your elected members on RCN Scotland Board, RCN Trade Union Committee and RCN Council will consider the next steps. If rejected there is no guarantee that the current offer will be available in the future.

If no improved offer is received from Erskine all options would be considered including asking members to vote on and participate in industrial action.
