Nursing Support Workers in Scotland

Welcome to the RCN Scotland page for nursing support workers (NSWs).  If you are working in a support role in nursing (such as HCSW, care assistant, HCA or carer), this page is for you.

RCN Scotland is committed to supporting NSWs and highlighting the contribution that those working in these important roles make to health and social care.  We offer a range of learning opportunities, including education events in workplaces across Scotland and webinars.

We are also passionate about making sure that our NSWs have a voice within the RCN so if you are looking to get a bit more involved in our work, if you have any feedback, or suggestions about what we could do more of to support our NSW members in Scotland then don't hesitate to contact our Learning & Development Officer, Jennifer Underwood, on Jennifer.underwood@rcn.org.uk
