This session will consist of two free workshops: 1) Assertiveness Project – human factors, assertiveness and team management; 2) Health Literacy – what is it, and why is it so important for all of us? It will also incorporate the branch Annual General Meeting, while lunch and refreshments will be provided for attendees.
