COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Members can now book to visit the London library including our current exhibition - Who Cares? A History of Emotions in Nursing (viewing time approx. 20-30 mins).

Spaces must be booked at least 24 hours before visiting and up to 7 days in advance. If you no longer need a booking please cancel it so another member can use it. Visit our keeping up to date page for the latest information.

The Edinburgh and Belfast libraries are still closed following government guidance to reduce the transmission of COVID-19.

RCN Wales library in Cardiff has reopened for members on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am – 4pm. You must book a space 24 hours in advance.

All our other services are available online, as they have been throughout the COVID pandemic.

Our training sessions and events continue online.

    This year we’re pushing hard to improve diversity within our library collections. In 2019 we looked at all the books on our subject specialism guides to see just what diversity there was in authorship. This is what we found.

    London Library is open

    The Library and Heritage Centre is now open to members on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. You will need to book in advance in order to visit us.
