RCN Scotland writes to Scottish and UK Governments seeking clarity on the Assisted Dying for Terminally Ill Adults (Scotland) Bill
In response to Cabinet Secretary Neil Gray’s recent appearance at Holyrood's Health, Social Care and Sport Committee, during which he said that certain parts of the Assisted Dying for Terminally Ill Adults (Scotland) Bill need to be removed, we have written to Mr Gray and the Secretary of State for Scotland to seek urgent clarity on the matter.
