North Tees and Hartlepool to upband and backpay 100s of band 2s in collective bargaining success
North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust has become the third trust in the Northern region to commit to upbanding eligible band 2 health support workers to band 3, to reflect the increasing importance of the role and the value of this staff group’s contribution to patient care.
