We're always trying to improve our services and listen to your feedback. Here are some of the changes we've made this year. 

Accessing your resources is difficult.

We've made it simpler

We have simplified access to our resources through library search and introduced single sign on so your RCN log in works for everything.

The website was closed for maintenance.

We've improved our notifications. 

Our IT team occasionally have to switch off some web services whilst carrying out maintenance to improve our website and systems. Where possible, we plan this for times when fewer people are using our services and we inform people in advance of the reduced service.

The library website is difficult to use.

We've improved navigation and the language used. 

We have re-designed our website layout to make it simple and used plain English.

Literature search webpage leads to nowhere.

We've changed the layout of our pages. 

We redesigned our literature search pages to make information easier to find.

The computers and internet are slow in the library.

We've replaced our IT in all libraries.

We have completely replaced our IT and network in all the libraries.

I don’t carry around my RCN number to log in for eResources.

We've set up access using your email or membership number.

You can now log in using your email address.

Can you make copies of RCN guidance documents more easily available.
