We have simplified access to our resources through library search and introduced single sign on so your RCN log in works for everything.
It has been difficult returning books to the library – Can you offer free returns by post?
Good news - We have now made postal loans free - of - charge.

We've improved the whole process
We have edited the information on the form so that you understand what to expect from a family history request.
I need help with searching but can't find a free 1 to 1 session to book.
We have made more training slots available.
Our Information Team has created more flexibility in the booking system with more slots available throughout the year.
I don’t carry around my RCN number to log in for e-resources.
We've set up access using your email or membership number.
You can now log in using your email address.
The process for renewing books is too difficult.
It would be good to have evaluation forms or an app for providing feedback after events.
Online feedback has been introduced.
We have started to use polling software (Mentimeter) to collect feedback after virtual events and will consider using it when we return to face to face events.
I am having problems with the sound on my RCN Zoom event.
Better sound at Zoom events.
We have been testing and checking the sound to prevent issues like this arising again.
