Influencing on your behalf

The voice of nursing in Wales

Working with our members, we influence the Welsh Government and employers on the issues that matter most to nursing. Together, we improve health policies and promote excellence in nursing practice.

Our influencing and campaigning work involves:

  • responding to consultations from the Welsh Government
  • providing evidence to the Senedd for proposed changes to policy or the law
  • briefing political and sector stakeholders on the issues impacting nursing staff and the actions needed to improve these.
