- Mandy Philbin, Chief Executive and Chief Nursing Officer and Gill Gibson, Deputy Chief Nurse Quality Transformation at Greater Manchester ICB, discussing the CNO care home ambitions, clinical skills guide and collaborative working with the RCN.

Delegates will also get the chance to learn more about the role of the RCN in supporting the sector and the individual with sessions from Lena Johnstone, RCN Professional Lead Nursing Workforce, and Lucy Tomlins, RCN Professional Lead for Learning and Development.
This free event will take place in-person only at Limelight Old Trafford and is open to all RN, Nursing Support Workers and Nursing Associates working in the sector. We also welcome students considering a career within the independent sector, or members who would like to learn more.
