Our first annual EDI Strategy report lays out the progress we've made so far, including the establishment of our EDI Programme Board, the re-establishment of our EDI Committee and our first annual EDI Conference.
In 2021, we commissioned two independent reviews into the culture and governance of our College. Their aim was to spot and address cultural and organisational issues holding us back from being the truly representative and trusted organisation our members and staff deserve. We're committed to meeting all equity, diversity and inclusion recommendations raised through these reviews. Read about our progress so far.
