How we support our members

At the Royal College of Nursing, our sole focus is the nursing workforce. This makes us better placed than any other UK trade union to provide expert advice, support and workplace representation to nurses, nursing support workers and student nurses.

Our expertise covers all areas of nursing, from clinical practice and policy, to standards and employment relations. This puts us in a unique position to shape the profession, influence policy makers and support hundreds of thousands of nursing staff who are delivering care.
