Topic - Terms and Conditions of Employment in Independent health and social care settings
Join our live events and be part of and support RCN’s community of internationally educated nursing professionals (IENs). The RCN recognises the enormous contribution IENs make to health and social care, and we understand the specific challenges IENs face when first arriving and working in the UK. Our series of live events will assist IENs with these challenges and provide the opportunity to ask questions. This live event will focus on:
- Contracts (Key T&Cs, unwritten terms, changes to T&Cs, resigning)
- Legal (Repayment clauses, being dismissed, disputes with employer or recruitment agency, immigration skills charge)
