So often nursing staff put everyone else before themselves. This webinar for independent health and social care sector RCN members will shine a spotlight on the importance of attending to your own health and wellbeing first, to help you better care for your patients.
To deliver the highest standards of nursing care nursing staff need to look after themselves first and foremost. This event, the first in a series designed especially for RCN members in the independent health and social care sector, aims to inspire you to stop for a moment and consider your own health and wellbeing.
Not only will you feel the difference that self care makes to your own wellbeing, but looking after yourself will hugely benefit those around you in the long run.
