UK IHSC Nursing Support Worker Listening Event: Shaping tomorrow together

Are you a nursing support worker, health care assistant or similar role working in independent health and social care (IHSC)?
If so, we want to know more about your experience with the RCN, whether you're already a member, or you're interested in becoming a member.
We are keen to find out what is working well for you in terms of your RCN membership, what might be missing, and if you're not a member, what sort of support would you expect to see from us as a trade union and professional body. We are keen to hear your voice and support you so please join us.
Join us at one of our online listening events to help us understand your RCN membership needs. These are group sessions, all responses are kept anonymous, and not attached to any one's name, and the sessions will not be recorded.
By taking part in the sessions you consent to your anonymous responses being used, which may be shared internally or externally by the Royal College of Nursing.
This event is open to both members and non-members.

- 16 May 2024 - 12.30-1.30pm (members and non-members)
