Nursing Support Workers' Day
There when it matters most
On 23 November we're shining a spotlight on the nursing support workforce and their essential role in patient care. Whether it's helping someone regain their independence, or being a familiar face during the challenging times, nursing support workers are there when it matters most.
This year is particularly significant as we mark 25 years of nursing support workers within RCN membership. For a quarter of a century, nursing support workers have helped shaped our College, strengthen our membership and improve supported care for patients across the UK.
