The Professional Qualifications Bill will change the way overseas nursing qualifications are recognised in the UK and will in turn impact the ability of UK nurses to work overseas. We are actively influencing the Bill as it progresses through Parliament and will seek to make amendments to ensure patient safety is maintained and nurses are protected.
