Inspection ratings for care homes and domiciliary support services

The Welsh Government is seeking your views on draft rating regulations for care home and domiciliary support services.

 The Regulated Services (Inspection Ratings) (Wales) Regulations 2025 would apply from April 2025. They are a system of published inspection ratings for care home and domiciliary support services.

This consultation has been rated “response desirable” therefore we would appreciate your views and comments. 

To allow time for our authorisation process we would need to receive any comments by 5pm on 30 September 2024.
