By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

The prize draw is being organised by the Royal College of Nursing (RCN).

All submissions from RCN members that include an email address will be automatically entered into a free prize draw to win 1 of 5 prizes of 2000 WOW points (worth £20). 

• The survey is open to RCN members who complete our membership webpages survey. RCN staff members are excluded from the draw.
• Only one entry per person. 
• The prize draw opens on 13/08/2025 at 09:00 BST and closes on 09/09/2025 at 23:59 BST.
• To enter, participants must complete all required fields and hold a valid RCN membership.
• Entrants must include their contact details on the survey submission to be entered into the prize draw. 
• The winning entries will be drawn and contacted by 1 October 2025 via the email address provided. 
• RCN will attempt to contact the winner by email up to 3 times. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the 3rd email, they will lose their right to the prize, and RCN reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
• The winners will be randomly selected. 
• The outcome of the draw is final. All decisions made by the Royal College of Nursing regarding this giveaway are final and binding.
• Each prize will be 2000 WOWPoint (loyalty points to be used on RCNXtra), worth £20.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• There are only 5 prizes. 
• This giveaway and its prize are managed solely by the Royal College of Nursing and are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any external businesses.

By submitting our membership webpages survey and supplying your contact details, you’re giving the RCN permission to contact you about the prize draw. Information provided during entry will be used solely for the following purposes:

• To facilitate entry into the prize draw
• To contact participants regarding prize draw results
• To make any related publicity requests.

Your survey responses will be treated anonymously and will be deleted once the analysis is complete.
