The programme provides a comprehensive set of tools and support for nurses providing care in challenging and overcrowded environments when resources are stretched and space is limited. 

It has been developed to provide support through:

• Listening to the experiences of nursing staff who are delivering care in inappropriate environments such as corridors and waiting areas.
• Providing support by offering techniques to maintain compassion and ensure dignity in overcrowded places.
• Offering strategies for self-kindness and emotional reflection and signposts to seeking help.
• Advice on reporting and raising concerns.
• Hope that we stand united in a commitment to end ‘Corridor Care’.  

Each webinar will focus on a specific challenge of working under pressure. We will explore strategies and best practices for providing care in challenging settings, such as hospital corridors, waiting areas and makeshift spaces.
