RCN Nursing in Numbers 2023

This report is part of a series published by RCN Wales. It is a statistical overview of the strengths and vulnerabilities of the nursing workforce in Wales covering both the NHS and the independent sector. It includes RCN Wales’ annual estimate of the total registered nurse vacancies in NHS Wales. This is a Welsh language version, the English language version is available under code 011 188.
