Using RCNXtra

A quick guide to accessing and spending your referral reward via RCNXtra 

Once your referred colleague has successfully joined the RCN*, you'll receive £10 to spend on RCNXtra (the equivalent of 1,000 WOWPoints)

This guide explains the many ways you can save, spend or gift them through RCNXtra. 

What is RCNXtra?

RCNXtra is our exclusive member perks platform which offers fantastic discounts from over 3,000 of the UK’s top retailers such as Sky TV, John Lewis and Expedia.

There are a few ways to access RCNXtra: 

You can login to RCNXtra with your MyRCN email and password. You don't need to create a new account.

WOW Points are loyalty points that you can earn when shopping through RCNXtra. These points are earned on any offer that advertises WOWPoints (e.g., Earn 5X WOWPoints) and function similarly to cashback 

Spend your WOWPoints right away on purchases through RCNXtra, save them for a future treat, or even part-pay on bigger purchases. 

Every 100 WOWPoints = £1. To check your balance, click the coin icon at the top right of your dashboard to view your points.

The easiest way to spend your WOWPoints is by purchasing an E-Code.  

E-codes are generated instantly and can be used online or in-store immediately. 

Simply select the brand you wish to shop with, select the amount, purchase your e-code, and it will be ready to use instantly with your selected retailer.

To redeem using an E-Code, for instant use: 

  1. Browse the list of available retailers on RCNXtra
  2. Choose the retailer you'd like to shop with 
  3. Select the amount and purchase an e-code using your WOWPoints 
  4. Your e-code will be available instantly and can typically be used online or in-store
