Join us for the first Career Development Day for members of the RCN Isle of Man branch, taking place on Wednesday 18 March.
We have many excellent speakers from a wide range of nursing backgrounds coming to share their journeys into the roles they are in today. So whether you are:
- a Health Care Assistant wanting to take the next steps
- an Early Career Nurse eager to see what opportunities are open to them
- an Internationally Educated Nurse who wants to progress, or
- an experienced nurse feeling 'stuck in a rut' and wanting a change
then this event can help you find the right path.
Over the course of the day, we will be hearing from speakers including Senior Healthcare Assistants, First Contact Mental Health Practitioners and the Chief Nursing Information Officer and covering topics including neo-natal nursing, social care nursing and public health nursing. See the event tab for a full list of speakers.
Doors will open at 9am for a 9.20am start and a buffet lunch will be provided from 12.30pm.
This is a free hybrid event so if joining online we politely ask that you join five minutes before our start time of 9.20am.
