Nurses in the Eastern region are invited to this learning event focussing on inclusion, led by the RCN Eastern EDI Network.
Join this hybrid event for a concise, reflective and action-focused learning experience designed to build awareness, belonging and everyday allyship in the workplace.
Members of our EDI Network will lead sessions on:
- Exploring bias and belonging
- Courageous conversations - allyship in action
- IMclusive action plan - completing a personal pledge that turns learning into daily practice
- Reflection and closure - capture key takeaways, affirm commitment
Come along to help build your awareness of bias and belonging and how these can appear in everyday workplace interactions. This is also a great opportunity to reflect on your own behaviours and understand the impact they can have on others.
This session, which you can join in-person in Sawbridgeworth or online, is open to registered nurse members and non-members working in the Eastern region. Please indicate if you will be joining in-person or online when booking your place. Drinks and light refreshments will be available at the venue.
