Across the NHS, many nursing staff are carrying out duties above their pay band. Now is the time to understand whether your role reflects the work you actually do.
At this session, led by Pay Delivery Officer Steve Haynes, you’ll learn how the RCN’s Know Your Worth guidance supports members to challenge their banding and access fair pay through job evaluation.
Even if you’re unsure whether your role is affected, this session will help you understand how job matching works, what evidence matters and the practical steps you can take to start the process.
