If you are passionate about organising members in your workplace and want to be a part of landmark opportunity to transform recognition and pay within the nursing profession, then register for our webinar today.
Last year, new national nursing profiles were published; these are used as part of the job evaluation process. This, in turn, determines the pay bands for all NHS roles on Agenda for Change contracts.
The government has instructed NHS employers in England to review every band 5 job description using the job evaluation scheme, but this is just the start. All nursing jobs should be reviewed or have recently undergone a review against these new profiles – no matter which band you’re on.
What to expect
Our webinar will explain how you can promote and build interest in the band 5 review among your colleagues.
We'll cover how job evaluation works, the new job evaluation rep role, and how you can get involved.
Join your fellow reps at 12:30pm on Friday 6 November to find out more.
Please be aware, when you join this event your name, email address and organisation may be visible to other attendees. The meeting may be attended by both RCN members and non-members.
