RCN Suffolk members are invited to a day of professional development focused on safe, effective nursing practice.
This collaborative event between the RCN and the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) is designed to support nurses with current guidance, professional standards and career development.
The event will include sessions on:
- Staying up-to-date with professional standards: Learn directly from the RCN and NMC about current guidance, expectations and best practice.
- Myth-busting on Fitness to Practise: Clarify common misconceptions and build confidence in handling concerns.
- Enhancing patient safety and care: Strengthen knowledge on accountability, delegation and safe clinical practice.
- Getting involved with the RCN locally – Learn about branch updates, campaigns and opportunities to engage.
