RCN Eastern: Job evaluation drop-in session
18 May 2026, 15:00 - 16:00
Choose event information:
RCN Eastern members are invited to join us for a drop-in session on job evaluation.
Your job description should accurately reflect the work you do today. Job evaluation is the process of comparing and ranking jobs in an organisation. If you think you’re not being paid fairly for the job you do, you can review and update your job description and ask for it to be evaluated.
Come to this online drop-in session with your job description (JD) and matched job report (MJR) and Steve Haynes, RCN Eastern Pay Delivery Officer, can answer your questions on how to progress an application for rematching using the RCN's Know Your Worth guide. Also join us if you are having issues obtaining a JD or MJR that accurately reflects the work you do.
This session is most suitable for those who have already attended one of our monthly "Introduction to job evaluation and Know Your Worth" meetings.
No need to book your place - simply use the link on this page to join the meeting when it starts.
Visit the RCN Eastern events page to find out about all upcoming sessions. Learn more about job evaluation on the RCN website.
