Delivered in collaboration with NHS England, this interactive workshop will provide practical guidance, reassurance and actionable advice to help you navigate the transition from education into the workforce.

Learning outcomes

- describe key features of the current NRN job market and recruitment process
- address common concerns about securing your first registered nursing role
- identify resources, support networks and career guidance to support your transition into professional practice
- explore a range of nursing career pathways, including social care, community services, primary care and other non-traditional settings
- apply practical strategies when developing applications for nursing roles
- tailor your CV, applications and interview preparation to employer requirements
