Join us for the AGM for RCN members in Highland Branch.
The AGM is one of the most important meetings in the branch calendar. The strength of the RCN lies in its members, and every branch plays an important role in ensuring our collective voice is heard. If you attend only one branch meeting this year, make it your AGM and help shape the priorities and agenda for you and your fellow members in the year ahead.
The AGM is an excellent opportunity to help shape the work of the local RCN branch - every member's contribution will be greatly appreciated. Please join the meeting if you can to help ensure we have the required number of members to make any decisions made valid. This is known as making it 'quorate'.
The AGM will take place virtually, and you will need a smart phone or computer and access to the internet to join the meeting. An email with the joining link for the Teams meeting will be sent out to members in the branch.
Branch Officer Vacancies
At the AGM, we will be electing the following branch officer positions and we are currently seeking expressions of interest:
- Branch Chair
- Branch Secretary
- Branch Treasurer
These are key roles that help shape and support the work of the RCN Highland Branch and ensure members' voices are represented both locally and nationally. Serving on the branch committee is also an excellent personal and professional development opportunity.
