Ferguson has been a Senior Legal Officer with the RCN for over 22 years. He has acted in race discrimination claims across a broad spectrum of RCN members including students, HCAs, Nurses and Nurse leaders.
Equity and Inclusion Leader, Sophie Ford.
Sophie is a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist with a wealth of experience leading workforce and patient EDI within an NHS trust and within the wider public and private sectors.
Solicitor and Legal Officer, Inez Grummitt.
Inez advises on NMC fitness to practise proceedings, with a particular interest in fairness, equality, and the impact of discrimination and workplace culture on regulatory outcomes.
Senior National Officer, Barry Hutchison.
Barry is a Registered Nurse and Solicitor and has held clinical and managerial posts in mental health services for older people in the NHS, the private sector and Local Authority social care, and has practised employment law in private practice.
