A two-hour online session for all rep types, this learning session will give you an overview of the Band 5 role review of nurses in the NHS and explore the connection between this and the national nursing profiles.
Hear about the resources available and how you can use them to recruit and support new RCN Job Evaluation (JE) Reps.
Keep a look out for further modules for RCN Stewards on engaging members and working with employers in the next few months.
