A free webinar for members and non-members exploring topics relevant to the management of long term conditions.
This webinar is intended to offer nursing staff working across social care settings an opportunity to explore topics relevant to the management of long term conditions, and to support ongoing professional development. As the complexity of residents’ needs continues to increase, nurses in care homes and wider social care roles benefit from accessible learning opportunities that share perspectives from practice and reflect the realities of frontline care. The session will include contributions from guest speakers, providing insight into current approaches and experiences within social care nursing.
