The RCN Leadership Academy is delighted to invite both RCN members and non-members to the second event in its new quarterly Masterclass Series: The Future of Nursing – What the State of the World’s Nursing Report Means for Us.
As we build towards our celebrations for International Nurses Day on 12 May, the RCN Leadership Academy is delighted to invite both RCN members and non‑members to a timely and globally focused masterclass exploring the future of the nursing profession.
This session will shine a light on the State of the World’s Nursing Report 2025, published by the World Health Organization in collaboration with the International Council of Nurses, which provides the most comprehensive global picture of the nursing workforce to date.
Nurses are the backbone of health systems across the globe, yet the profession continues to face escalating pressures, including workforce shortages, inequitable distribution, and rising healthcare demands.
This webinar will unpack the report’s key insights and explore what they mean for nursing leadership, workforce planning, and the future of healthcare delivery. Join us for a vital discussion at a pivotal moment for the profession.
