Join this webinar to find out more about the Physical Activity Clinical Champions (PACC) programme, which provides free peer-led training and practical resources to support nurses and other healthcare professionals to have more effective conversations around physical activity with their patients.

- Evidence-based benefits - the latest research on how physical activity can be beneficial in the treatment of anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, OCD, PTSD, and ADHD.

- Helpful resources - access valuable tools and resources to support your practice and help patients become more active.
Speakers:
Michelle Turner is a Diabetes Specialist Nurse with over 30 years experience. She works with her patients to use physical activity alongside their medication in the management of their condition. Michelle is passionate about helping nurses and other health care professions to understand the benefits of being active, and ultimately helping our population to be healthier.
Paula Manning is a PACC trainer who started her career in physiotherapy over 25 years ago and has experience of living with a long term health condition. Paula has specialist skills and experience in the areas of Mental Health, Public Health and Health Messaging. Paula used physical activity, alongside her medication, to help regain her abilities and control her pain. She uses her real life stories throughout her training sessions to help people understand the physical activity messaging and its importance.
