Recent announcements by NHS England Transition CEO Sir Jim Mackey on changes to NHS England, ICBs and other NHS system organisations has caused considerable anxiety about how this will impact on services and individuals.
If you work for an ICB, you are likely to have already experienced recent significant change management and the announcement of further cuts, without clear plans for how these will be delivered, may have left you struggling to understand what may happen to you and your role.
As part of an ongoing series of webinars to inform members about these changes, we would like to invite you to join us on 2 June 2025 to hear from a panel of RCN experts in organisational change.
